Get your swole on. (Ages 10+) Add this to any program that you’re currently enrolled in. Parents may also join in for just $50 a month. This class happens three times a week. Class uses resistance bands, body weight and cardio.

A program for future leaders. For students under the age of 20. This program will feature guest speakers, a leadership program backed by MacDermott Method, and general group discussions on how to go out and apply their leadership skills.

It offers two dedicated black belt training classes per month, focusing solely on black belt material. Additionally, there will be Black Belts only seminar featuring special guest instructors, speakers, and specialized training sessions tailored specifically for Black Belt advancement.
